The library added to the project does not compile?

I decided to compile the library into my project, but it doesn't work.

And at the very bottom:

:-1: error: No rule to make target `jannson/src/utf.c', needed by `utf.o'.  Stop.

The utf.c file is present

You don't have the jannson/src/utf.c file needed to build the utf.o target
