The laptop does not connect well to the Internet with 5 GHz, what should I do?
Good day! I recently bought a very good laptop, but every day it surprises me not only on the good side, but also on the bad side ... As the manufacturer claims, the laptop has two wireless antennas (maybe this is the key to unraveling all this). I bought it with DOS, installed Windows myself and all the drivers from the official site, of course, the box included a driver disk, but the laugh is that the laptop did not initially have a disk drive :D
The problem is that the car does not connect well to 5 GHz channel that even the wireless Internet disappears, but it connects and works fine. It connects to 2.4 GHz without problems...
The driver for the network card is Intel - Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 (latest update).
With driver updates, the problem is not solved - what could it be and in general, who has the same problem?
In addition to the question: Maybe it's worth checking the disk and installing the driver from the disk?
Thanks in advance!

After numerous comments in the topic, I came to the conclusion that the matter is still in the laptop. Most likely, the wireless adapter is poorly implemented, because the laptop is completely new, or it’s already a marriage, since this car was a display case ...
Yes, the laptop connects, it’s normal, then you sit for half an hour and poke the connect button and the network adapter is reset "for some magical reason, but the Internet itself, after a successful connection to the network, works fine without failures - the only thing in a dream is that the laptop turns off the network and again I have to connect to the network in a new way, but I already know how to solve this by sacrificing the battery a little)
Thank you so much to all those who suggested possible options for the cause of this problem, namely: Moskus , Artem , res2001, John Smith ... Really cool guys)
