The landing page has a scrollbar for the menu, and when you add individual pages, there is no reverse transition because it does not see how to fix it?

Nothing happens when clicking the About Us, Our Services, Our Certificates, Our Partners buttons, if we have previously switched to Vacancies or Contacts. Due to the fact that they are trying to redirect us to .../vacancies/#About, .../contact-us/#Services, etc.
how to fix it? site.com/contact-us/#certificates - certificates is the menu for the main page, it turns out you need to somehow remove /contact-us

Hello!
I usually do the following - where there should be a transition by ID, instead of #id I use /#id.
Then, even if you are on the inner page, when you click, you will go to the main page, and then to the desired section of the site.
