There is a service, for its use it is necessary to add IPs that can use it. If in the case of a site that has a static one, then for a local one I have a dynamic one.
Now I update the IP every time, however, it is stressful to update it every day.
It is hardly possible to set something like this

Buy static ip.
If it is not possible to use a static ip, as an option, you can use some kind of proxy or vpn.
