The internet is giving me a headache. What do we have to block the MouseMove event in browsers?

When the mouse cursor lands on any element, most sites show mini-panels, menus. MVideo and Eldorado, for example, when you hover over the menu area, open it to almost the entire screen. Everything flies, sparkles, whistles, farts. From all the cracks. To lure the buyer may be good. For constant work on the Internet - to be honest, it's terribly annoying. Apparently, they are competing to see whose site will make the user vomit first. Well, okay. But I have to work. What plugin can block mousemove for websites? Let them open their nemenyuhi by a clear click. Noscript I think it's too early for me to start using it, I'm sure half of the sites will break. In general, it is necessary as on a tablet - until it is clearly poked, no byaka has come out. Maybe I'm too irritable, but I'm sure I will find many like-minded people :)

F12 -> Ctrl+Shift+M -> tablet mode. And you can work in peace

by the way, YES, these menus are really annoying on the whole screen, which instantly open and close when you hover the mouse, and not after some interval
different pop-up chats and similar small things block well https://www.ghostery.com/
