The Internet is broken after resetting DHCP, how to fix it?

In general, I tried to solve the problem with DNS servers, and entered the commands Internet comes from the router into the command line . Internet works fine on the phone. But now the computer cannot even just get to the router page. Something broke.. How can I restore the previous settings?

Since the netsh winsock reset command did not help me.
With the help of the program, everything was reset to default values, after restarting the computer everything worked.
