The Internet does not work during installation and after installing any Linux distributions. How to solve the problem?

Good day to all! :)
In general, I decided to switch with one foot to Linux, with grief in half (grub was not installed) I installed elementary OS as the second system. During installation, for some reason, there was no Internet connection, after installation the Internet did not appear either, there were moments that after a reboot, after 10 minutes of work, an icon appeared that the Internet was connected, but as it turned out, only the local network started working. In Windows, the Internet works fine, although when the OS starts, after the desktop is displayed, it takes 1.5 minutes before the Internet connects.
I decided to try to install another Linux distribution - Ubuntu is the same there, the Internet does not connect during installation ...
Please tell me in which direction to dig? Internet takes a long time to load on Windows, but on Linux it doesn’t work at all ;(

Most likely a problem in drivers for a network card. Throw the output of ifconfig and lspci | egrep -i --color 'network|ethernet'

The absence of ipv4 in your ifconfig output looks very suspicious . At the same time, ipv6 is in place. In elementary os, both are usually automatically configured. It may very well be that the truth is out there somewhere. There is an idea that for some reason your dhcp server does not distribute ipv4 addresses and your computer is trying to survive only with ipv6 - and there may still be problems with drivers (this can also be the cause of brakes in windows).
