The influence of the army on programming knowledge?
There was such a question, since soon I would have to go to the army. How not to lose all knowledge there? Because there won’t be a PC nearby for a whole year and you won’t be able to write more code. Or maybe there are some cyber troops?

Well, it’s logical that you just have to not go to the army, where do people get such stupidity in their heads to go to the army?
Smear up to the company commander and say that you're like: "Not a fucking programmer and rummage through computers." You will be a clerk in the office on a permanent basis - also a kind of consolation bonus.
The army is different. Somewhere you have to sit at the computers.
Take a couple of books on programming with you (5-6) newer on topics of interest - just in a year you will read and return having gained knowledge, and not wasting time.
I forgot to say. It’s not the army that influences the programming skill, but alcohol and cigarettes, in the army it happens that people start drinking and smoking in a terrible way and then the brains don’t work like that anymore. If you want to keep your brains, then it's best to refrain from this.
Seriously, I wanted to go. Failed due to high blood pressure. Category B. I’ll say it’s a pity that I didn’t go now, the road to various state institutions is closed, now, if I remember correctly, they won’t even take me to the deputies without the army.
It's better not to join the army. You will lose only a year of your life, during which you could learn a lot of new things.
You don't need cyber, go to normal troops. Ask for units of constant combat readiness.
We recently had a meeting at the university on the possibility of serving in a scientific company

in the military registration and enlistment office, I believe you can get information about the opportunities and get into one during the selection
