The "In Review" status has been going on for 3 weeks, not for the first time. How to speed it up?

I tried re-uploading a new binary and re-submitting a new one, but the same story.
What to do? Would a call help?
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Is this a bug or a feature? Or is it related to the new version of the AppStore?

In my practice, now two days is the maximum for which the application is reviewed on ordinary, non-holiday days. Three weeks is obviously an inadequate period, try to contact their technical support anyway.

None. The only way to clarify the situation is to write a support ticket. In general, this is not normal. Previously, a new application was approved in a week. Now, even faster, in a few days.
