The home computer was broadcasting IP to a specific address. Restricted access or somewhere an error?

I made a script on my computer that every 10 seconds translates the IP address from which it accesses the Internet.
A few weeks later, HTTP (port 80) refused to work over IP. Today RDP (port 3389)... is my access being quietly cut off or has something unimaginable happened?

IP is being broadcast.....hmm...you have a white IP (are you sure you're not behind nat?)?
