The hackers changed the e-mail of the twitter account. How to return?

Dropped a letter in the mail:

Twitter has received a request to change your account's email address.
Someone logged into your account and changed your password. Interestingly, it turns out that confirmation from the old mail is not required.
Support returns
The email address you're writing from does not match the email on this account. For privacy reasons, we can't offer any more information about the email.

like, you write from the left box and we will not talk to you. Are there recovery options? Phone not connected :(

Had the same problem. I just wrote to twitter support from that email (more precisely, I indicated it in the form) that I had before. Everything was restored within a few days.
But. When restoring, I also encountered what they write about The email address you're writing from does not match the email (blah blah blah). It turned out that the trouble was in Yandexpochta. Twitter was registered at @ yandex.com, and letters left from @ yandex.ru. Check, maybe you have the same thing (not necessarily Yandex, but look anyway)
