Mac set up. Installed Sier.
there was a problem with sshfs.
Mounts the server folder, but does not give permission to it. It's the first time I meet something like this. Google is empty on this vporos.
Therefore, I asked it in the Issue tracker of the FUSE project.

shh has never been a problem, on another El Capitan machine everything is fine, and on a Linux machine as well.
