The flash player does not ask for permission to access the camera when integrated into a page. How to overcome?

When the page is the usual html generated by the flash itself, there is a request for the camera, everything is in order, the translation works. As soon as the same code is embedded in a small window on the site page, no requests for access to the camera occur, and, accordingly, nothing wants to work. How to make it ask the user for access?

As the official documentation says :
Important : The runtime displays a Privacy dialog box that lets the user choose whether to allow or deny access to the camera. Make sure your application window size is at least 215 x 138 pixels; this is the minimum size required to display the dialog box.
