The file explorer in the Solus OS distribution does not attach to the edges of the screen, only to the top, why?

All other programs are attached, and the conductor is only to the top, if you bring it to the edge nothing happens, but when I connect the TV to hdmi in extension mode, the conductor on the TV screen is attached properly to the edges, I return it back to the computer monitor and again only up, what the heck. Who knows where to dig? All updates are installed.

The problem was the screen resolution. I have an old square monitor and some of the solus system programs don't attach to the sides, supposedly they are too small for comfortable use at that size. I don't think this can be fixed on my own.
