The easiest way to work with a database?

C++ / C#

I want to use in my applications db like MS SQL Server.
I have no experience with them, but I don’t want to learn SQL for the sake of simple data storage.
We need the simplest and most convenient way for:
- Creating db from C # code
- Working with db in the form of classes and objects without SQL
I can't decide what to use due to the abundance of technologies, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, Linq to SQL

SQL will have to be learned sooner or later. Better early.
