A couple of months ago I started to face the problem that I can’t download anything large from the browser, only if I restart the download a lot of times. Now I decided to update Visual Studio and many files just can’t download and throw an error, it was the same recently when I tried to install MSSQL Server, just at some point an error occurs. Same problem in different browsers. Also, two other computers on the same network do not have this problem. The only place where there are no such problems is the torrent.
What I already tried to do:

• Checked computer with antivirus
  
• Reset router settings
  
• Disabled antivirus (There is only a defender, it can not be removed)
  

PS I use a laptop, the Wi-Fi module is broken, and now I use a USB Wifi Adapter, as far as I remember there was a time with it when this problem did not exist.
