The debug console shows PHP Notice, PHP Deprecated?

How not to display these errors, since this is a third-party module.
And for some reason, thanks to them, debugging (I think so) does not work step by step, all some warnings are displayed PHP Notice, PHP Deprecated?
And breakpoints with jackdaws stand, for some reason .... (that is, they immediately went through, but debugging did not occur from point to point)?
