As everyone knows, the other day WaveCrest - the issuer of absolutely all payment systems known to me that offer plastic cards (such as Advanced Cash, Payeer, etc.) died a long time. Rather, it was sent by Visa and Mastercard.
The question arose - what are the alternatives actually? Has everyone closed the shop? What are the solutions? Pioneer does not fit, they have a different theme. Who else gives plastic cards?
