Kind people, please advise, or share, if anyone used, where you can get an up-to-date, or relatively up-to-date base of settlements in Russia (preferably, of course, more or less adequate settlements, excluding all sorts of small towns and other rare places, all that , which abounds in KLADR), and at the same time containing the internal division of these cities into districts, such as Central, Karasun, etc. in Krasnodar or Severny, Yugo-Zapadny and others in Moscow. You can even have a separate database of districts, at least some!)
