The programmer who wrote the site for us could not find the cause of the problem.
Everything was fine with the site (thermacell-shop.ru) until recently.
Complaints began to come in that after placing the goods in the basket, the basket page is empty, and indeed, such a problem appeared. There is no element code in the chrome console, but in firefox there is ..
Interestingly, everything works fine in Firefox on all platforms.
The site has a twin brother - zinger-zinger.ru. So, at the moment he does not have such problems.
Both are hosted on the same 1gb server (IIS 8+ [Windows 2012 R2])

You have not registered the dprogertest.com domain, therefore, in addition to the DNS server hosting this zone, i.e. 95.213.191.251 nobody knows anything about this domain. You use 188.93.16.19 for resolving, which knows nothing about this domain. To resolve the name exactly through 95.213.191.251, you must issue the command
nslookup dprogertest.com 95.213.191.251
