The computer freezes tightly, even reset does not help, I checked all the kits, what should I do?
When idle on the desktop, scrolling the browser, talking in discord, etc., it can freeze tightly, without sounds, the mouse just stops moving and the skiff. I checked both the operative, and moved the Windows to the ssd, and changed the video - it does not help. The only thing that helps is running games in the background, let's say I turn on Prey, turn off and go about my business - everything is ok. It is worth closing it, after some time (always different, the computer can work all day and not freeze, or it can last a couple of minutes and die), it hangs and only holding the power button helps. Even the reset refuses to respond
UPD: Recently, apparently, one of the slots for the opera failed on the motherboard, because when I stuck both dies in turn there, and the second one left empty, the computer simply did not start, but this happened relatively recently, and I can’t find the reason for the freezes for a year already

The people, thank you all very much, I searched the forums a bit and found something similar, the motherboard is from the same series, the problem is similar, it seems like a solution has been found. One of these days I'll check everything that people wrote here https://forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=4:124621 , if it helps, I'll mark this answer as a solution

If everything is dull, try to allocate a new partition, roll Windows there, test it - if the problem has not disappeared - further scour the hardware, if the problem has disappeared - check for system failures or viruses.
90% power supply
10% motherboard
Pressing the "reset" button (if it is properly connected) interrupts the PowerGud signal - causing a hardware reset, without turning off the power to the elements.
Look at the PSU inside, if the capacitors are swollen - 100% he is to blame.
I also had a PC hang like that due to a bad SATA cable on the screw with the system.
I put on the red drive.
There were problems of this kind on both hdd and ssd.
