The computer did not start correctly windows 10, what is the reason?

I saw a notification from windows about checking the hard disk and a recommendation to restart the computer. After that, windows did not boot and it was suggested to restart the system. Reboots didn't help. What could be the reason for this?

Probably a problem with a bad disk.
