The complexity of operating 1C8 for a beginner?

Hello.
There is a vacancy in a large shopping and entertainment center:

Technical support for company employees. Administration of the office network, software and office equipment of the enterprise. Support, updating, administration of the software product 1C 8 (trade and warehouse). Comprehensive anti-virus protection of PCs, enterprise servers. Administration and configuration of IP telephony.

I can do all of the above, except for 1C. Therefore, the question is: how difficult is it to get up to speed specifically on it, is it worth it at all?
Conditions: The
system administrator is my side specialty.
Fear to put system/DB.
I can google.
1C-spec is already one round sum in addition to paying for other duties, or am I exaggerating the level of complexity for the admin?

Administration is backups. If you follow the letter of the vacancy.
Of the pitfalls not described - if the 1C configuration is finalized there by a programmer, then it is so simple, and even more so without programming skills, you cannot update it. But if it is not finalized, but "stock", that is, as it originally comes from 1C, even a housewife who is far from IT can update it.
Another pitfall is performance. If they have complaints about performance, then it will be problematic to understand without knowledge. If they do not have such a problem, then everything is fine.
The third pitfall is if there is not a file, but a SQL version. And you are not familiar with administration of the SQL server like.
The fourth pitfall is licenses and / or keys, if they suddenly fly out. But it's not difficult. You just need to sort it out.
The fifth pitfall - if you suddenly need to change 1C, that is, program - according to their requests. This is no longer administration.

The admin is usually responsible for backups and so on, this has nothing to do with 1s.
