The client requests a refund through PayPal support. What threatens?

Good day!
There was such a situation.
I have a basic verified PayPal account. Worked with the customer, created the logo. Orally discussed the terms of payment 50 before / 50 after. I paid $80 by simple transfer to my account (did not issue an invoice), just a transfer. It was April 18 this year. Within a month I sent her options, everything did not suit her. As a result, I made about 15 variations to her. Well, not the point. In the middle of May it stops responding and disappears.
Let's move to our days.
I go to full time, forget freelancing and others like it like a bad dream. I am unlinking my linked bank account from PayPal. Zero balance. On October 19, a message comes from the PayPal support that some client there was dissatisfied with working with you, but because The client missed the deadline for the dispute, they say, decide for yourself, but we (support) will intervene if something happens. It's all in Russian came. I'm happy with it. Today again a letter arrives from support already in Latin with the client's data, the amount he asks to return, etc.
“One of your buyer has contacted us about a transaction they had completed with you. I am writing you this email on their behalf to request for a refund on this payment. Your stated that she did not receive the service that she paid for. Please reach out to your buyer for any questions regarding matter.
Here is the transaction data.
We encourage you to work directly with the buyer to resolve this matter and take this opportunity to provide customer service as you see fit.
Don't forget, we're always around if you need us. Just click "Help" in the top right corner of any PayPal page to visit our improved Help Center.
Add your mobile number to your PayPal account so we can reach you right away if we ever need to verify account activity with you. Simply log in to your PayPal account, click "Profile" near the top of the page and then click "Update" beside "Phone."
You can also make and receive payments with your mobile phone when you add it to your PayPal account. After you confirm your number and create a PIN, you'll be able to get money, send money, check your balance, or manage your account from your phone using simple text messages.
Sincerely,
Elaine

The bottom line is, it's like 180 days have really gone by, what do they want? Secondly, I generally deleted my PayPal account not so long ago due to uselessness.
I'm not going to end the project as a matter of principle. We discussed no more than 5 revisions of the logo, this time. Where did she go, that's two.
There are two questions: why do they continue to send this and what does it mean for me?

@anyorke

why do they keep doing this

they don’t send at all, the robot sends, it’s stupid to appeal to the
client’s mind, it’s better to unsubscribe and figure it out according to the rules,
if you didn’t specify the hours in advance - I recommend specifying the number of attempts and
keeping them all correspondence, focusing on doing that the last letter was counted as accepted work since there was no reaction
in general, nothing if you don’t create an account with the same data (soap, account, full name address),
otherwise - a block of the account and all funds on it
