The Block account item is not active, has anyone come across it?
Greetings comrades!
After the next update, WS2016 encountered a problem with the absence of the Lock account item in Local User Management, and the Require user to change the password line is also not active. I noticed that half of the administrator accounts were blocked and after removing the blocking, the item became inactive
(The only thing I did on the day of the update was to change the time until the blocking was reset and the blocking duration for 12 hours in the Local Security Policy - Account Blocking Policy)
On another server after the update, the same situation described above plus even more interesting, the Remote Desktop Users group disappeared, although the RDP server is running and does not see any errors, but this is another matter.
In general, in which direction to dig? I am afraid that my account will also be blocked, and the local admin is disabled and I will not be able to get to the server to unlock it.

The problem is in the wrong translation. Actually, it means "Account locked". You can manually DISABLE an account, and BLOCK it automatically. It's not the same thing.
Require password change and Deny change are mutually exclusive.
You can create a spare account with a name like "w3PwcWJpEJWHkyu8" or better secure RDP. But that's a completely different story...
