We have Bitrix business version. The latest version for August 2019.
The admin panel is very slow.
There are no complaints about hosting - We have a dedicated server.
There are no widgets. Processors are all full-time.
Performance tests show normal results.
Operators take a long time to open orders, pages inside the admin panel, and so on.
What can be done and optimized to speed up the work?

You can use the performance monitor to find the cause.
Go to Settings > Product Settings > Module Settings > Performance Monitor
There select Enable Monitor. And indicate the time of its work. Maybe 1 minute.
And start opening different pages in the admin panel.
After that go here:
With the help of the data that you will see there, you can find the source of the problems.

method 1: delete to hell with init.php and see what happens, usually there developers rummage with large selections, i.e. in 99% of cases, it’s your own event handler
