The best option for hosting a website written in Laravel?

List of what you need / use:
laravel 5.4, nginx 1.8, php 7.1, postgresql 9.6, phppgadmin, cron, memcached, http2 ...

Please advise.

Any normal VPS will do. AWS Ec2, Digital Ocean, Hetzner.

Hosting from 99 rubles, VDS/VPS from 100 rubles. I still propose to pay the ruble and score on hosting. ;)
