The best document recognition module by experience?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, a software module for recognizing documents (Russian Passport, Foreign Passport, ...) from a photo.
It is necessary that the module:
- Understands rotated/inverted scans and can rotate them as needed.
- Could isolate a photo of a person and remove watermarks from it, if any.
- Module in the form of a simple console program or library for Linux x64. If completely in pure Java, it will also work.
Paid/free - it doesn't matter.

If it's free, then I think it's unlikely that there is such a thing in nature.
