The Be Quiet Pure Power 11 500w power supply makes a lot of noise, what should I do?

I bought a power supply today, just installed it and at first everything works well, after 10-15 minutes the cooler starts working at maximum speed. Can I somehow see its temperature and speed + somehow adjust it? Or is there some kind of marriage and is it worth bearing immediately under the guarantee?

It was in the video card, after assembling the sata it blocked one of the coolers, and therefore the video card spun the second one to the maximum
. It was somehow embarrassing that I panicked so much. The issue is resolved, everything is fine with the BP.
