The authorized_keys file is deleted after authorization, what should I do?

Everything is in title. When I use ssh-copy-id tg_botit, it safely saves it in the ~/.ssh/authorized_keys directory, but after authorization, the file with authorized keys changes to a completely different one
. The config did not change, here it is (sshd_config)
