Yesterday this appeared, the language in the account is Russian, before everything was available and worked. Now none of the applications from the market is loaded. The tablet is white. Support is silent.

The tablet is rooted, did you change anything in the settings? Or, as they said above, the VPN is most likely configured. If the device is rooted, install a modified market from Chelpa , in its mod, the market does not care for which country the application is.
