It took a lot of short texts to be voiced in English. After a short search, the site ispeech.org was found . After registration without payment, it allows you to voice texts up to 150 words with this quality (in principle, not bad):
Unlike the others, it even gives a direct link to the file, a list of already voiced texts. In principle, it suits everyone, except for the size of the passage (200 words would have been enough for me) and some artifacts, when using the option to reduce the speed by 40%, I voice the texts for people who are not very familiar with the language to hear the pronunciation.
Maybe you use something better? Write. Even if not for online services, but for desktop options.
PS. Google translate also voices, but very short passages. There are no sites, where are they glued together? :)

It is more acceptable to use it as a desktop option in your case, most shells (the same "Balabolka") quietly write to a file.
