Tex-Live: Installing cyrillic font with installfont-tl?

Actually, the subject: who knows how to do this correctly?
After installation with this command:

installfont-tl -c gostfonta -f fgf -n "GOST Font A" -s MyFonts/GOSTFONTA -p gostfonta -m gostfonta -d 2010/12/11 -O -t ttf

Didn't work on T2A encoding. I manually copied the .fd file with the encoding for OT1 and replaced OT1 with T2A.
It stopped giving out errors, it began to work only with numbers and Latin characters. Cyrillic does not display.
What am I doing wrong? =)
