Test data generator with Russian language support?

Already knocked off my feet in search of a data generator with the Russian language.
Ideally, I would like something like www.mockaroo.com (i.e. online with api and different output formats), but a cross-platform console utility or a GUI application would also be a good option.

I ran into the same problem at work. Now I am writing my generator.

The principle is similar to mockaroo. I plan to significantly develop and improve the service.
In the next releases:
- Expansion of data types
- Expansion of the internal language
- Increase the number of export formats
- Generate master/detail data
, etc.
A lot of ideas, little time. Thank God this will soon live not only as a pet project.
