"Zend PHP 5 Certification Study Guide" is in the public domain. Habré is also full of articles with useful links.

Need to spend $20 on a book.
The point of passing the test is to understand questions that you did not know before.
An experienced person will pass it with a minimum (day) preparation and will spit from stupid questions.
