Terms of cooperation

Many have "their" projects. Someone does them alone, someone with like-minded people. But like-minded people do not come from nowhere. Most likely these are friends / acquaintances or third-party developers.

Let's assume the initial conditions:

Territorial dispersion - different state-va.
Employment - work from ... to ... (time to substitute) for an uncle.
Marital status - married / married (optional).
The subject matter is relatively interesting.
Time - there will be.
There is a desire to change the world for the better.
The opportunity to cut the dough - nooooo excluded.
The status of the project is not a hack like done, get it.

Terms of cooperation - ?

This, in fact, is the question, what conditions should the programmer offer to the designer (manager, lawyer) or vice versa, so that the work begins, not with the division of the skin of an unkilled bear, and does not end before it starts?

Looking ahead, if you use standard options (Percentage of income, share in the project, bash for bash), then how to calculate how much each of the participants has “earned”?

In fact, you have raised such a question, the place of which is not in q & a, because the answer will draw on a report at least on PM and sociology.
My opinion: start working on your own, slowly attracting the necessary specialists and discussing with them the percentage of their participation (both in the field of work and in the share) as you can’t set a figure and search for it (you are located remotely and it will be difficult: maybe give you are more clear and the pros will agree, or vice versa, the teapot will agree, and then you will suffer). And first, try to “probe” a person from that side, and not offer him your own conditions, let him offer it himself. If he has a real interest, I think you will find a common language.

As a lawyer, I can assure you that it is practically impossible to determine how much a lawyer has "earned", for example. The same applies to a manager, an accountant, etc. The fact is that such employees do not perform work, but provide services, in addition, support services for the main activity. In this case, there will be no direct result of their activities, but it will significantly affect the overall result of the company.
The only real way out of the situation is to first sit down with each of these specialists and foresee all the possible services that they will provide you in the future. When you decide on the list of basic services, provide for the volume of these services, payment and payment procedure. If, in the course of work, any of your specialists will need to perform any services that you did not foresee, coordinate them additionally.
Once you have done this procedure, you will secure yourself for this project and for all the following ones. In addition, you can realistically assess the amount of work performed by your employees.
