Temporary user in AD how to solve?

The office PC server with AD died, there is a backup 1 day before the death.
I took a new HDD installed a similar WS2019 Datacenter by default created an ADMINISTRATOR user.
I restored the server using Windows - Archiving (there were no errors)
After the reboot, the domain \ admin (domain) was already entered on the screen . Logging
into the system, I was told that this is a temporary user, AD is working properly.
The question is how to fix the temporary user problem?

Most likely not a temporary user, but a temporary profile. This is because the UID already exists in the registry and the profile is not created. Google on the topic "Temporary profile", it will show you how to backup a registry branch and create a new one.
