Temporarily saving a post to Drafts under a different hub

There was not enough karma to save a non-thematic post in Drafts. The problem (or is it a feature?), As I understand it, is a long-standing and old-timer of Habr known. Temporarily saved under a randomly selected theme hub. Will this threaten something in the future, or will it be possible to change the hub to the correct one before publishing and publish in peace?

Tried to search for the answer on my own, but failed.

Before publishing, you can simply create a new post, and leave the draft for tests. In this case, it doesn't matter which hub.
