Temperature indicator (thermometer). Embedded in electronics. Where to buy, how to find or how to make yourself?

Good day!
A module is required to display the temperature from a thermocouple (in particular, it should show the temperature of the hair dryer, so the temperature range should be quite high). Help.

There are a million +1 similar circuits on the Internet
. In general, you will need any microcontroller with a built-in ADC (almost all Atmega), any operational amplifier, you can even have a penny LM358 and some kind of indicator

Thermistor as part of a voltage divider on resistors, which we connect to the ADC? Cons: each resistor has its own coefficients when calculating the temperature, it is difficult to find a resistor with a temperature of 350+. Pros - cheap and fast.
