Temp mail with API?

We need a free service for the following purposes:
-create mail via api
-check the receipt of a letter to a given address
-get data from a letter
-forget about this address
Will be used 1-2 times a day.
temp-mail - it seems that you can't create mail. (correct if wrong)
mailinator - like paid.
