Tell me the easiest way to upload data from ETK to MySQL

This refers to the program rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4295107 widely used for the selection of auto parts.
Integration is needed to upload the database to a site written in PHP. By and large, I need a place for which I could cling to for implementation. Since I did not work with this program. And as far as I know there is no unloading in it. But I also found many freelance applications with a sale price of $100. That speaks about not difficult implementation of this function.
