I'm thinking of learning Flash. I would like to learn based on the study of ready-made codes. Any code examples for simple work projects, like an interactive banner?

There is a good blog where the author posts many lessons with source codes. But this blog is biased towards game development.

not bad book Official training course ActionScript 3.0 for Adobe Flash CS4 Professional.
plus, flasher.ru, plus flashmo.com, plus on demanart there is also a lot for beginners (there are mostly translations of lessons)
