Hello. It was decided to get rid of sketches of cables, splices, crosses, etc in VISIO and switch to some centralized system for documenting network topology.

It is necessary that it be possible to pull up a city map, a library of types of optical cables, couplings, and other things into this system.

It would also be nice if you could attach photos and comments to objects.

It is also necessary that the already existing software, which checks the performance of active equipment, somehow reports accidents directly to the card, marks the address of the malfunction and “dead sectors due to an accident”.

I am a programmer, I can write such a system myself, but it will be months of bicycle building, and on the other hand, a ready-made solution will not 100% correspond to the wishes of the authorities, unlike handwritten creativity.
