Is it possible to get information about the participants of a public channel (any)?
Namely, to get the id of each participant, I only saw that you can take the subscribers of your channel from the Telegram API, but is it possible to get information about the participants of other channels?)

In the regular telegram client, write the channel you need in the search (even the one in which you are not), select it in the search results, do not click join , click on the title, scroll down and see the list of its participants, by clicking on each in turn you can find out their id (if there is none, the phone will not be shown if it is not in your contacts), in general, a standard public profile including a list of channels that intersect with yours (that is, not all, but only those on which you are)
