Telegram - does it log out by timeout?
Does the user’s telegram log out when the connection is interrupted for a while? If so, what is the timeout time?

No, it doesn't seem to unplug. The connection is simply lost and the user either hangs online until a certain timeout, or immediately becomes offline, but the authorization remains.
