Telegram bot won't start on spring boot. what to do?

No errors, the spring starts normally, but the bot itself does not react in any way. tried uploading to heroku, deploys fine but doesn't work either. The code was written according to the tutorial, so there can be no errors in the code. everything worked for him...

erase your data from application.properties and telegram.properies.
spring.mail.username=xxx
spring.mail.password=
I still want jdbc (it doesn’t get to work, it’s
still embarrassing src/main/java/Procfilein which it is written
(there is no commybot in your project in my opinion)
and the code somehow *not enough* for the bot - one boilerplate...
