Telegram Bot stops working when sending a picture. What to do?

Having created the first telegram bot, I ran into a problem. My bot sends a picture when I click on the button, then I threw the bot on Heroka and everything worked fine! But then, when I tried to change the code (change the picture sent by the bot) by running it again on the server, it started to stop working after clicking this button.
Although if you run it directly through PyCharm, then everything works!
