I want to make a simple EchoBot, but not with text, but with a photo, you can somehow make it so that I would send a photo to the bot and he would answer me with the same photo.

If still relevant: In telegrams, bots have a sendPhoto method. There you can shove either a file or its id. Your case - id, it is in the message sent by the user. Just output the json that will come to you in message and look for something like ['photo']['fileId']
