Telegram API. The answers returned by the Inline keyboard disappear after 2 minutes after pressing the button, is this normal?

I create a keyboard associated with the message (inline_keyboard) via the Telegram API.
I can get answers (callback_query) only until 2 minutes after the user clicks on the button, then they disappear. They disappear even if no updates are requested before the expiration of 2 minutes.
I request updates with a simple "getUpdates".

Setting the "offset" parameter to a negative value does nothing. Responses to pressing like never existed.
In general, this seems to be an "undocumented feature".
