You need to check if the user is in a group. I use the getChatMember method for this . The error 'Bad Request: user not found' is constantly produced. Id of the user checked for correctness in different ways (id - numbers). The checked user is a member of the group. Not sure what the error might be and how to fix it?

Alternatively, you may be sending a String to user_id.
